Evidence Labs aims to dispatch orders promptly; however:

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers
  • Risk transfers to the customer once dispatched

Incorrect shipping details are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products:

  • No returns accepted for change of mind
  • Refunds only issued if:
    • Product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

All claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos).
