1. Shipping Locations
We ship Australia-wide only.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Bank transfer orders may take longer depending on clearance times.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery:
- Metro: 2–5 business days
- Regional: 3–7 business days
These are estimates only.
4. Shipping Responsibility
- Risk transfers to the customer once dispatched
- Evidence Labs is not responsible for:
- Courier delays
- Lost or stolen parcels after dispatch
5. Incorrect Address
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not refundable.
